Dairy Free MUD Breakfast Bowl Recipe

  1. Add 5 Tablespoons of MUD Dairy-Free Frozen Dessert into blender. 

  2. Optional: Add superfood of choice (collagen, protein powder, maca, etc). 

  3. Blend until smooth. (A very small amount of water or dairy free milk may be added to help churn).

  4. Dish into a bowl and top with your favorite fruits, nuts, and seeds. We love berries, chia seeds, granola, and nut butters.

  5. Take in the beauty for a second or two, then enjoy!
